At MIMIMOMO, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable.

For hygienic reasons, certain baby products may not be eligible for return (noted on product pages).


2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Items marked as Sale

Worn, washed, or damaged items

Accessories such as socks, hats, or hairpieces


4. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).


5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at mimimomo.babywear@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
